No problem. I have one question, though. It says he defected from the Dominion. Do the rest of the Thalmor know that? Or was that a private decision he made? I suspect the latter, but I want to make sure.

Oh, it was definitely a private decision. He's working as a spy for the Imperial Legion, and he's collecting intel on the Thalmor. Just keeping tabs and what not. He's a very good actor. If they knew he had defected, he'd be dead.
